Customer Satisfaction & Replacement Policy

At Crafty Little You, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following terms regarding replacements and product support:

Replacement Policy:

We offer a 45-day window from the date your order is shipped to report any product issues. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact your Rep or reach out to us directly.

To request a replacement, email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Your full name and order number
  • A list of the affected item(s) and quantity

Please note: We are unable to process replacement requests after the 45-day window.

Important Notes:

  • Be sure to carefully read product descriptions before ordering.
  • Some kits require a separate base piece for display, which may not be included.
  • We recommend checking your kit contents as soon as your order arrives.

Returns:

We do not accept returns. However, we are happy to provide prompt replacements for defective or incorrect items.
