- We are unable to accept requests for specific colors.
Heat Warning (IMPORTANT)
- Do NOT leave this product in a hot vehicle, direct sunlight, or any high-heat environment.
- Exposure to heat may cause the squishy to expand, deform, leak, discolor, or permanently damage the material.
- Heat damage is not covered and cannot be replaced.
Shipping & Inspection
- Every Fuzz Ball is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it is in excellent condition.
- No replacements will be issued for shipping damage, loss, or mishandling. Every Fuzz Ball is inspected before shipment and is available only while supplies last. Any damage that occurs during transit must be handled through the shipping carrier, as we are unable to replace these items.
Shipping Damage
- If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
- Please keep all original packaging and take photos of the damaged package and product before filing your claim.
- Because these products are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee a replacement, as replacements are subject to stock on hand.
Please Note
- Small cosmetic variations, tiny air bubbles, slight color differences, or minor surface imperfections are normal and do not affect the function of the product.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings.
- This is a sensory toy and should not be punctured, cut, chewed, or exposed to sharp objects.
- Recommended for ages 3+. Adult supervision is recommended for young children due to potential choking hazards if the product becomes damaged.
- Not intended for pets.
- Excessive stretching, tearing, or misuse may permanently damage the product and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Product comes unfinished —this means it is not painted and does not include paper or embellishments. It’s a blank canvas ready for your creativity!
Crafty Little You products are made from high-quality Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), precision-cut using professional-grade lasers and CNC machines for clean, detailed edges and smooth surfaces. Our MDF comes in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 1/8 inch to 3/4 inch, offering the right strength and durability for a wide range of crafting and DIY projects.
We use a higher-grade MDF than what you’ll typically find at local big box stores—smoother, cleaner, and more consistent—perfect for painting, decoupaging, and finishing.
If any light laser imperfections are present in our kits, they can be easily smoothed out with a quick sanding using 220-grit sandpaper.
All of our items are proudly manufactured in-house at our warehouse. During our peak season (August through February), please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. For the rest of the year (March through July), orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.
Orders placed before 8:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) are considered to begin processing that same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping times will vary based on your location and the carrier. For the most accurate delivery estimates, please visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking information once your order has shipped.
If your package gets returned to our Warehouse for incorrect you are responsible for shipping out the second time.
Expedited Orders:
At this time, we do not offer expedited processing or shipping. Please plan for a 3–5 business day window before your order is completed and leaves our facility.
Shipping Rates:
$0-$99 = $10 shipping
$100-$249 = 10% shipping
$250+ = 8% shipping
All Sales are final. We can not switch items out and we do not offer returns on orders.
To help your Crafty Little You creations stay looking their best, here are a few simple care tips:
Indoor Use:
- Our products are made from high-quality MDF and are designed primarily for indoor use.
- You don’t have to seal your project for indoor display, but if you want to add extra protection or a finished look, a clear spray sealer works great.
- We offer a selection of craft paints perfect for your projects, but we do not currently sell sealers. Just use your favorite clear spray sealer if desired.
Outdoor Use:
- While MDF is not naturally weather-resistant, you can display your items outdoors with proper sealing.
- Before placing outside, be sure to coat your entire piece—front, back, and edges—with a high-quality outdoor paint and finish with your preferred clear spray sealer (like polyurethane or polycrylic).
- Reapply sealer seasonally or as needed to help protect from moisture and sun damage.
