All of our items are proudly manufactured in-house at our warehouse. During our peak season (August through February), please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. For the rest of the year (March through July), orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.

Orders placed before 8:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) are considered to begin processing that same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping times will vary based on your location and the carrier. For the most accurate delivery estimates, please visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking information once your order has shipped.

If your package gets returned to our Warehouse for incorrect you are responsible for shipping out the second time.

Expedited Orders:
At this time, we do not offer expedited processing or shipping. Please plan for a 3–5 business day window before your order is completed and leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates:
$0-$99 = $10 shipping
$100-$249 = 10% shipping
$250+ = 8% shipping

All Sales are final. We can not switch items out and we do not offer returns on orders.

To help your Crafty Little You creations stay looking their best, here are a few simple care tips:

Indoor Use:

• Our products are made from high-quality MDF and are designed primarily for indoor use.
• You don’t have to seal your project for indoor display, but if you want to add extra protection or a finished look, a clear spray sealer works great.
• We offer a selection of craft paints perfect for your projects, but we do not currently sell sealers. Just use your favorite clear spray sealer if desired.

Outdoor Use:

• While MDF is not naturally weather-resistant, you can display your items outdoors with proper sealing.
• Before placing outside, be sure to coat your entire piece—front, back, and edges—with a high-quality outdoor paint and finish with your preferred clear spray sealer (like polyurethane or polycrylic).
• Reapply sealer seasonally or as needed to help protect from moisture and sun damage.
